Supporting documentation helps our specialist team assess your application. The type of document depends on your hardship reason.
Job loss or redundancy:
- Termination letter or redundancy notice from employer
- Last payslip showing final employment date
Medical emergency:
- Hospital admission or discharge summary
- Medical certificate from treating physician
Reduced income:
- Recent payslips showing reduced salary
- Letter from employer confirming reduced hours or pay cut
Family emergency or bereavement:
- Death certificate (if applicable)
- Any supporting correspondence
Documents can be submitted via email to hardship.support@icicibank.com or uploaded through the ICICI iMobile app. If the customer cannot provide documents immediately, the application can still be submitted — the specialist team will follow up within 48 hours.
