How can I dispose of cooking oil?

Cooking oil is not accepted at the City of Canning’s Ranford Road Resource Recovery and Waste Transfer Station. If you have a large amount of cooking oil to dispose of, you will need to source a commercial contractor.

Small amounts of cooled cooking oil can be sealed in an airtight container and disposed of in your general waste bin.
